Guide to how many minutes am I going to need
Once you have chosen your block of time, you are credited with your minutes and can allocate how many seconds you would like each question to be. You are not charged time for creating an interview. Time charges are accrued for each Interview sent to a candidate.
How it works
We have found that most interviews average 5 questions with 60 seconds to answer.
However, when setting up an interview you can choose the length of time per question to answer. For example question 1 you may allocate 60 seconds and question 2 you may allocate 90 seconds. Your minutes and seconds are deducted from you total only when the invitations are sent to the candidates. All unused minutes rollover with PAYG plans from month to month and monthly plans are topped up every month.
